Architectural Committee
Purpose: The purpose of this committee is to exercise all the Architectural Control duties and responsibilities pursuant to article VIII of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Comanche Cliffs dated 21 May 1985 and amended 9 May 1987 recorded in Bandera County Texas in volume 260 page 719 number 46639. Additionally, the committee will provide compliance enforcement recommendations to the Board as appropriate.
Means: In general, the committee will execute the approved checklists to determine compliance with the covenants stated above. The committee will keep records of their approvals or disapprovals as appropriate.
